Op 31 Oktober om 17.30 uur verzamelen we voor de AH bij de HVA (Wibautstraat 80) voor een Plastic Attack.

En omdat het dan Halloween is, lijkt het ons leuk om verkleed te komen! 🎃

Plastics voor eenmalig gebruik, zoals bij veel voedingsmiddelen het geval is, vervuilen onze planeet en vormen een bedreiging voor mens en dier.

Het werkt zo: we doen onze boodschappen en rekenen deze af. Na de kassa verwijderen we alle onnodige plastics en laten deze achter in onze boodschappenkar om een signaal af te geven aan de supermarkt. We benaderen de supermarkt met respect en komen met een glimlach!

Wij willen dat supermarkten hun verantwoordelijkheid nemen in hun deel van de keten. Door met producenten te kijken naar alternatieven voor plastic en de hoeveelheid wegwerpplastic terug te dringen.

Meenemen:
– Duurzame boodschappentas
– Glazen potjes en flessen
– Bakjes met deksel

We hebben er zin in en zijn super benieuwd naar jullie monster outfits! 😉

On October 31th we assemble at 5:30 pm in front of the Albert Heijn near the Amsterdam University for Applied sciences for a Plastic Attack. Because it will be halloween, we invite you to come in your Halloween outfit! 😉

Single-use plastics pollute our planet and pose a threat to humans and animals.

It works like this: we do our shopping and pay. After the checkout we remove all unnecessary plastics and leave them in our shopping cart to send a signal to the supermarket. We approach the supermarket with respect and come with a smile!

We want supermarkets to take responsibility on their part of the chain. By working with producers to look for alternatives to plastic and to reduce the amount of single-use plastic.

Plastic Attack is a movement that is concerned about the extreme use of disposable plastic, as is particularly the case with our food and its packaging.
